To really make the most of your newsletter, include photos of your shop or employees. Have a “corner” with your photo and share insightful thoughts to your customers. Always include your signature for that really personal touch. People do business with people, not a company. Let your customers feel they know you!
Personalization is the key to a successful newsletter. Without it, it is just boring and most likely won’t be read. That wastes your time and money.
