George Zabrecky is the founder and president of NWZ WORX Multimedia, a marketing consulting and direct mail company. George has been a public speaker for the last 28 years through his involvement as an on-camera meteorologist and as a marketing instructor. He relates to shop owners one-one-one because George is also a small business owner. This has given him insight in teaching others how to grow their business and their bottom line. Upon creating his own company in 1989, George has created marketing campaigns that have substantial and positive results for his automotive clients.
Over 8,000 businesses and organizations have contacted George for his insight into marketing. Since 1989 he has trained thousands of repair shop owners, managers, service advisors, office support personnel, store managers, warehouses, automotive groups, marketing representatives and CEO’s in the art of marketing.
George Zabrecky is an author and has published two books, Marketing for the Independent Automotive Service and Repair Center and Survival of the Fittest.
George has written numerous articles for Auto Inc. Magazine and he and his company have been featured in Aftermarket Business Magazine, Advantage Magazine, Counselor Magazine, In-Tune Magazine, Fender Bender Magazine, and Technique Magazine.
George is currently working on his third book.

Rhonda Hiltbrand is the Chief Operating Officer of NWZ WORX Multimedia and is recognized as a marketing leader in the automotive industry for more than a decade. She has written and presented workshops and seminars helping our industry change the way it markets to women, as well as written numerous articles for national publications.
For the past 13 years, she has become a best selling author writing novels under a pen name. Rhonda has also presented “Dress for Success” seminars to the corporate world.
She is a member of the Women’s Board for the Car Care Council.
Rhonda believes that the most important things a marketer can bring to the table of the automotive industry are:

Lisa has an Associate Degree in Marketing and began her career working at a homeless shelter in Michigan. She was an Administrative Assistant and helped develop their fundraising campaigns. She has been with NWZ WORX since 2005 and is excited about what the future holds for the company and its customers.
